Product quality is of the utmost importance at Crust Craft. As a BRCGS AA+ Certified manufacturer there are a number of different ways that we help ensure the highest level of food safety so that your customers always get the best products.

Our purchasing and auditing process guarantees that we only procure the highest quality raw materials. A key part of this process is having clearly defined specifications for every ingredient we use - and conducting ongoing compliance audits to make sure we’re meeting or exceeding regulatory and/or customer standards.

Crust Craft adheres to the BRCGS Global Food Safety Standard. This includes the following:
Sanitation - Our production facility follows a strict certified hygiene protocol that includes surface and equipment cleaning at regular intervals and the use of food grade detergents and sanitizers.
Production Uniforms - All of our employees wear food safe smocks, hairnets, shoes, gloves and face masks.
Employee Hygiene - All staff are trained to practice the highest level of hand cleanliness and disinfection including regular washing frequency using disinfectant soaps and gels.

At Crust Craft, we take food safety very seriously. All of our recipe processing and manufacturing practices are designed to always deliver quality products that meet the highest food safety standards.
We follow BRCGS certified production and food safety system practices. In addition, all production areas in our facility are temperature controlled to ensure that all products are shipped out in optimum condition.

Our Quality Control team monitors all of our products throughout the entire production process.
Individual products are monitored from the beginning to the end of all production runs. In addition, we pull samples at regularly scheduled intervals for review by our QA team prior to shipment.

Our products are frozen, so it's critical that they stay at set temperatures throughout the supply chain. As a result, we only work with transportation and cold storage companies that have effective equipment, systems and logistical record keeping in place to make sure all shipments are managed under optimum conditions.
Our packaging is another key component to making sure your products arrive safely. All our labelling includes information about allergens and how to store & bake each product. We also make sure that best-before dates are accurate so you can effectively manage product rotation and minimize waste.
